Court is in Session: Who is Guilty?

Tonight's mandatory blog entry...

Consider the last speeches of Frankenstein and the monster (on pages 274-75 and 279-82 respectively) as their closing arguments, so to speak.

How do they use ethos/pathos/logos?
With whom do we sympathize more and why?
Ultimately, who is guilty? Of what? Who is innocent?

Responses due by Wednesday at 9:30am. :)
